About Protecting Actors

Protecting Actors is a new initiative designed to help safeguard the interests of UK cast and crew.

Protecting Actors was formed as a way to combat the increasing number of production companies who systematically convince cast and crew to work for them under false pretexts; promising fees, expenses or footage they later fail to deliver.

We offer companies the opportunity to publically state their intention to adhere to basic working conditions and payment standards when employing UK cast and crew.
